Luckily, you won’t need to leave South Williamsburg House to socialize: Coming soon are shared spaces within the building that will provide ample opportunity for you to find your tight-knit community, whether it’s while working out at the gym, networking in the co-working space, striking up casual conversation in the common area, or admiring the incredible skyline from the rooftop, the friends you’ll meet at South Williamsburg House will make it feel like home. We worked with interior designers to make the house comfortable for all of our members in any room of the house. For the furniture we used only the best suppliers and materials, from real wooden surfaces to sleek countertops.

Flushing Avenue Station is a short walk away and provides access to the J and M trains to take you to Manhattan; you’ll get to Wall Street or SoHo in 30 minutes or less. Local tip: Take the G train at the intersection of Flushing and Union/Marcy Avenue to Court Sq in Long Island City to transfer to the 7 train, and you’ll get to midtown in 35 minutes. The B43 bus is just around the corner, or you can also hop on the G to explore more of Brooklyn or Queens. Adventurous souls can bike to the Williamsburg Bridge and enjoy the scenic route to the Lower East Side overlooking the East River. With plenty of convenient transit options close by, the city is yours to discover. The Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn is New York’s trendy creative district. Due to the historical influx of a wide variety of ethnicities, Williamsburg is very colorful. It has been influenced by many cultures.
