PodShare has hosted over 20,000 people from all over the world since 2012 across 6 locations in 200+ custom built pods at an annual occupancy of 92%.
Our goal is to house the global citizen. Pods afford people the chance to live across expensive neighborhoods in the country and the world instead of in traditional apartments or hotels. As our network grows, location independence is achieved for the growing freelance and gig population; all thanks to the sharing economy.

My partner and I like to stay at this coliving anytime we are in LA to go to Universal. It's in a good location to get to the metro to get around.

Bed was clean, bathroom was clean, bed was comfy. Great value and exactly what I needed for a night.

I often come to LA, and I can't believe I found such a good coliving. I was staying at a hotel in Downtown, but it felt too unsafe, so I was in Century City, which was difficult to move around while traveling and the prices were a burden. I made a reservation here with some worries, but it turned out to be more comfortable than a personal hotel.
What I liked:
1. Space design 🤍
2. My favorite Courage Bales is just a 10-minute walk away, and in the opposite direction, a 10-minute walk takes you to Erewhon and Silver Lake.
3. The streets are very clean.

Great space, service, and community. This is a great spot to use if you have a last minute trip.
