We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at this coliving and were greatly impressed by the decor and the service provided. As soon as you enter the lounge, you get a warm feeling of friendliness. The piano, the bar, seats, plants and the peacock at the front reception makes it stand out as a real coliving hotel. Our superior room was on the top floor overlooking Hyde Park gardens which was again immaculate and outstanding. The atmosphere was so special that we couldn't ask for anything more on our special occasion! It was an unforgettable experience. Would highly recommend visiting. A true sample of excellent hospitality!
My husband and I stayed here for his birthday. It was in the most perfect location, the staff was so helpful and the room was clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated. We even received chocolates for my husband's birthday which was a lovely touch. We will 100% be staying again in the near future!
The coliving hotel is chilled out yet luxurious haven, and is a visual treat with unbelievable attention to detail in the quirky artwork, bold decor (in teals, reds and blacks) and wildlife around every corner! They also sell their signature scent "The last Dance", which is all over the hotel, in candles or diffusers. Bar menu is also fantastic - highly recommend the 'Purple rain' or 'Phyllis Island' cocktail. Look forward to the live Jazz music in the lounge next time!
We booked to stay at Hux for our wedding anniversary as it looked like a very classy and high quality hotel. The photos online for this hotel are very misleading. Our room was TINY, the bed touched both walls and took up the entire room. It was also not clean, dirty sheets, chipped paint on the wall, dirty toilet and a cigarette butt on the floor- lovely! It felt like a cheap brothel. There was also building work going on, plugs hanging out of sockets in the hallway and people in reception were complaining of power shortages in their room. The staff were very polite when we said we didn’t want to stay there and we were given a full refund. Would not recommend, definitely not 5 stars.
