Grünerløkka is a warm and lively district with a variety of charming shopping streets, cosy cafés and exciting eateries. Go shopping at one of Grünerløkka’s design boutiques, vintage shops and flea markets, or go for a stroll along the riverside of the Akerselva river. North of Grünerløkka is the Torshov district which is known for it's innovating restaurant scene. It is only a 10-minute walk to the city centre.
