Het appartement heeft een moderne inbouwkeuken met twee kookplaten en een gedeelde badkamer met douche, wastafel en toilet. Elke slaapkamer biedt opbergruimte, een ingebouwd bureau en hangruimte voor kleding. Het Edvard-gebouw
Het Edvard-gebouw heeft 50 moderne studio-appartementen en twee woonappartementen verspreid over vijf verdiepingen.
Op de bovenste verdieping vindt u een ruime gemeenschappelijke ruimte die beschikbaar is voor alle bewoners. Deze ruimte is perfect om te socializen, dineren of om gemeenschappelijke evenementen te organiseren, met comfortabele banken, grote eettafels en een volledig uitgeruste keuken.
Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere gedeelde wasfaciliteiten in de kelder, extra opslagruimte en een binnenplaats met een grillplaats.

The main purpose of our community is to make it possible for people—regardless of background—to feel comfortable and at home with their housemates, and have the opportunity to build long-lasting, authentic relationships.
To allow members the opportunity to get to know their housemates and expand their networks, we sponsor activities. One way this is done is by way of a sponsored welcome dinner: each time a new member moves in, Our team sponsors a dinner for all housemates to get to know one another. We then hope to see our members come together and join the various other events hosted throughout the year by us or other members!
As a member, you will also get exclusive access to our online community via the member app. In the app, you have the possibility to join or start an interest group and get in contact with other members in your own city and across all other cities in which We are present.
