However, usually, the person is between 25-45 years old, a digital nomad, or an entrepreneur. We have a few people who are already residents of Malta and, therefore, live with us for +6 months, so they work for Maltese IGaming companies (including working from the office). We value an open mind, ambition, creativity, motivation for work, having things done together with witty humor, a relaxed approach to life, and having fun socializing.
