With plenty of natural light, balconies in almost every room, and equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and gas heating, this flat offers a perfect place to relax and enjoy Barcelona's comfortable climate.

We can help you obtain any type of visa, NIE, census registration, etc., as an extra service (only for stays of a minimum of three months).
Check-in must be done during working hours (Monday to Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., holidays not included). Arrival after hours will be charged as a complementary service.

Check-ins outside our regular working hours are subject to an additional fee.
Monday to Friday, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM: €50
On holidays or between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM: €90
