Located in Sant Andreu, a quiet and traditional neighborhood in Barcelona, just a 3-minute walk from the Sant Andreu metro station (L5), on a street surrounded by shops, supermarkets, and entertainment options.

The apartment is very bright and has 4 double bedrooms and 1 spacious full bathroom. All rooms have very comfortable beds, a desk for teleworking or studying, a mirror, and a ceiling fan.
Our apartment on Pons i Gallarza Street is one of the best apartments to rent in Barcelona.
Check-in must be done during working hours (Monday to Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., holidays not included). Arrival after hours will be charged as a complementary service.

Check-ins outside our regular working hours are subject to an additional fee.
Monday to Friday, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM: €50

All of our apartments are mixed, meaning you'll share the space with both male and female housemates. Beautiful flat, coliving amenities but with the warmth of a home. The single monthly payment system takes away many worries.
