What's included (one simple monthly price):
The location:
Gambetta, Paris 20th Gambetta is one of Paris's most authentic and lively neighbourhoods — far from the tourist crowds, deeply local, and full of character. Think independent wine bars, neighbourhood bistros, weekend markets at Place de la Réunion, and the iconic Père Lachaise cemetery just around the corner. The 20th is where real Parisians live, and Rue du Cambodge puts you right in the middle of it all.

How is our shared house managed?
The house is managed to make everything simple. No more rigid logistics, bill splitting or hidden fees. Just show up with your suitcase!
If you join this house, you'll get way more than just a room. You will live in a place you call home, where people actually make friends. If you're new to Paris (or just want an instant social circle), this is one of the easiest ways to feel at home fast.

This house is located in the European district, a great blend of businesses, households and international workers, close to all the EU institutions. Nearby, the Schuman subway station will take you everywhere in the city in the blink of an eye! Whenever you're in the mood for cheeky after work drinks, you're a short bus ride away from Place du Luxembourg, that you'll soon be calling "Place Lux".
