Completely magical place! Super cozy, old and renovated with generous apartments and all the comforts you need. The best, however, are the communal areas and the interactions that are created in these magical spaces. Hig…

Estadia mínima: 1 mêsAt this property, we provide apartments and creative environments in beautiful Umbria, which borders Tuscany. Here you’ll experience a sense of tranquility and focus just a few kilometers away from picturesque towns, charming restaurants, and local vineyards. If you are looking for calm and focus but also want access to an area filled with culture, good food, and wine, this is the place for you. We started to build a community in March 2022, and the outdoor kitchen with pizza oven is in place, as is the bar. The pool is open from May to October. WiFi is very good, but the 4G connection is pretty much nonexistent, so be aware of that.
The best way to visit the area is by car. There are great train connections to Chiusi, but there is no public transportation and limited cab possibilities. The community typically carpools during spring and summer, but this is not a guarantee. You can bike for groceries over a distance of 3 km. Bikes can be borrowed for free.
The following amenities and services are included:

The way we work is changing, and more of us than ever have the opportunity to ditch the commute and work from home. But why not work from a creative place in the sunshine, with great food and drink and good internet access to help you stay in touch? Maybe you’d like to start the day with an early morning run or yoga session? Or clock off after work with some homemade pasta washed down with a bottle of local wine? That is the kind of client we are looking for. Adventurous people from all around the world looking for tranquility but also new experiences.

We stayed at the host's place in September during intense heat. The pool was much appreciated, and the rooms were still livable. The outdoor kitchen was very appreciated and well suited for large group dinners like ours.…

We are located in the stunning rolling Italian countryside, with no neighbors close by, yet we remain connected to everything around us. Lake Trasimeno is only 20 minutes away, Florence within an hour’s reach by car, 45 minutes to Siena, and 30 minutes to Perugia. Rome is less than a 2-hour train ride away. Just a few kilometers away, you find small villages, while the house itself is very secluded. It is not completely quiet since a small road, making it assessable, passes by the property.
There is no public transportation to the house, but you can borrow a bike and get groceries 3 kilometers away. Often, coliving guests carpool to shopping areas. The area is, however, best experienced with a car, and there is a really good car rental in Chiusi.
