The space of our property is brightly fulfilled with a lot of natural light. Elegance and serenity are our main features. Our Rooms offer 2x 90 cm beds, which can be adapted to sleeping needs as a double bed. The beds have a quality wooden structure, so in the case of use as a double bed, the beds do not move apart. Let us offer you accommodation in a fully furnished double room or a private double room.
The rooms come with standard equipment: a table, chair, lamp, wardrobe, and fully blackout curtains. The rental includes pillows, duvets, bed linen, and a basic set of dishes: a pan, a pot, a plate, a bowl, cutlery, a cooking spoon, a kitchen towel, a glass, and a cup. The refrigerator is located inside the rooms. Shared kitchens are fully equipped with a stove, microwave, kettle, and oven. Every room has its own kitchen cabinet for storing dry goods. The bathroom is equipped with a shower corner, a toilet, and a sink.
A laundry room with a dryer and washing machine is available too. Cleaning supplies such as vacuum cleaners, irons, ironing boards, mops, and buckets can be borrowed for free. After you finish your cleaning, please put them back so others can use them as well. Cleaning of common areas is done three times a week. The following amenities and services are included:

- Fully furnished rooms and apartments in a perfect location with great public transportation.
- Note that in case your stay will be shorter than 61 consecutive calendar days, we will ask you to pay the city tax in the amount of 50 CZK/per day/per person upon your arrival.

My booking has been accepted, now what?

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?

It’s enough that you accept our Renters Terms.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

What if the place is not as advertised?

You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.
Can I cancel a booking?

You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.

Both room types have locks on the door, so nobody can interrupt you or get into the room without the key card. For so, you will have privacy in your private room.
Are couples allowed? Can I split the rent with a friend?

Of course! Since we have rooms for 2 persons, you and your other half or friend can share it as well as the rent.
