Our Cabañal building is a recently refurbished space designed especially for the accommodation of students, digital nomads and remote workers looking for that extra bit of experience during their stay. Located in a vibrant and trendy environment, the neighbourhood of El Cabañal in Valencia, close to the sea and the Marina of Valencia, the cradle of entrepreneurship and innovation in the city, does not lose the flavour of tradition that gives it its history as a seafaring neighbourhood for centuries. Modernist buildings and remnants of the city's living history remain in its streets. Enjoy the proximity of the seafront promenade and the views of the Mediterranean Sea from the terrace where a chillout decoration will welcome the best evenings of our colivers. There are 7 flats (two of them adapted for disabled people) composed of 2 single rooms each, with private bathroom and kitchenette and 6 individual studios with all services, as well as several common areas for socialising such as a large Living Hall to relax, chat or work individually, a meeting room, a chillout terrace with two areas from where you can see the sea, as well as a lockable bicycle parking and an ironing and laundry area.
All the rooms are carefully decorated with tasteful design details and have direct access to the street without stairs. We have included in this exclusive space everything you need to feel at home.
