For safety and liability reasons, we require a copy of your ID and each guest's ID at the time of booking. This serves as an extra precaution and allows us to be informed of everyone staying in the home in the event of an emergency, including the names and ages of minors.
Respect for the Property:
Please treat our home with respect. We conduct a full walkthrough after every reservation to check for damages. If any damages are found, we will send photos and notify Airbnb immediately.
Supplies:
We provide limited paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and towels. Please purchase any additional items you may need once you run out.

Security Cameras:

Front of Property Use:
No guests or visitors are allowed to hang out, sit, or engage in any activity in front of the property at any time.
Agreement to House Rules:
By confirming your booking, you agree to follow all house rules. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your booking without a refund. Violation of any house rules will incur associated fees.
Parking:
Please do not park oversized vehicles in the driveway.
Ensure that you return the garage remote.
Do not leave vehicles at the property after your reservation; they will be ticketed and towed.
Do not block neighbors' driveways or garages.
Property Rules:
Pets are not allowed at any time.
No smoking inside the property. If evidence of smoking is found, such as smoke odor, marks, ashes, or clippings, a $500 fee will be charged.
No parties or large gatherings are allowed without written permission. The maximum number of guests is 10, with each extra guest incurring an additional charge. All guests staying 24 hours or more must be on the reservation.
Absolutely no hanging out outside the front of the property. Respect the neighbors and the neighborhood.
Do not re-enter the property after checkout.
Do not take any supplies with you.
Do not have packages delivered to the property as we will not be responsible for damages or missing items.
Please take off your shoes when entering the house.
Do not use the following products on the beds or furniture: oils, beauty products, liquids, hair color/dye, food, bath products, nail polish, or shoe polish.
Dispose of trash properly; do not leave it on the floor or outside unless in the trash can.
If damages are found, fees will be charged per item.
Fees:
$50 Check-out fee: Automatic late fee and $10 for every additional minute.
$500 Smoking Fee: Additional charge for non-compliance with house rules.
$750 Pet Fee: Additional charge for non-compliance with house rules.
$250 Key Replacement Fee/Garage Remote if applicable.
Long Term Stay:
Any booking of 10 days or more is considered a "Long Term Stay" and requires bi-weekly housekeeping, paid in addition to your booking amount. This is mandatory.
House Rules Enforcement:
Breaking house rules will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
Notify us if you are booking for someone else. Failure to inform us may result in cancellation without a refund.
Extra guests must be approved by the host; failure to do so may result in cancellation.
Booking Agreement:
By booking, you agree to follow all house rules, terms, policies, and conditions.
You agree to provide a copy of your ID and the IDs of all guests staying in the home.
Provide the email of the person who made the reservation for proper communication.
No smoking is allowed on the property; a $500 fee will be charged for violations.
Immediate termination of your reservation without reimbursement for breaking any rules.
The home and location are provided as-is; no refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction.
By booking, you agree not to damage the property or its contents. Any damage incurred after your stay will hold you and your guests fully responsible.
