预订规则
**共同起居室预订规则**
1.** 资格**：必须年满 21 周岁。需提供有效身份证件、工作证明或学生证。
2.**预订**：最短停留时间为 1 个月。最长逗留 12 个月。必须至少提前 14 天预订。
3.**付款**：预订时需全额付款。入住后 7 天内取消预订将不予退款。
4.**入住/退房**：入住时间为下午 3 点之后；退房时间为上午 11 点之前。提前入住和延迟退房视情况而定，可能会产生额外费用。
5.**行为**：必须尊重他人。必须将噪音控制在最低水平，尤其是在安静时段（晚上 10 点至早上 8 点）。
6.**客人**：经事先批准，允许客人过夜。每次住宿仅限 2 人，每人不得超过 3 晚。
7.**维护**：如有任何维修问题，请及时报告。住户有责任保持空间整洁。
8.**终止**：违反任何规定都可能导致终止住宿，且不予退款。
