The common areas are designed to ensure you never run out of space: a fully equipped double kitchen, several kitchenettes, a separate laundry area, and 9 bathrooms in total.

The rooms are comfortable and bright, with large French windows, ultra-fast internet, digital locks, and beds with fold-down beds for extra storage. Three of them have private bathrooms.

In addition, the building has an aerothermal system for efficient air conditioning during the summer and winter, which is always included in your monthly rent.
