Mit dem Formular werden die obligatorischen persönlichen Daten erfasst, die nach Schweizer Recht für die polizeiliche Meldung (Polizia Cantonale) und für die Anmeldung bei der Einwohnerkontrolle (Ufficio Controllo Abitanti) erforderlich sind. Die Liegenschaft verfügt über keine Rezeption und keinen persönlichen Empfang.
Der Unterkunftsnachweis (Dichiarazione di Domicilio) wird automatisch beim Check-in vor Ort erstellt. Falls er früher benötigt wird, wird er ausgestellt, sobald die Zahlung für die Reservierung bestätigt ist.
Bei Aufenthalten von mehr als 30 Tagen müssen die Gäste ihre Ankunft innerhalb von 8 Tagen beim Ufficio Controllo Abitanti anmelden. Zu den erforderlichen Dokumenten gehören eine Identitätskarte oder ein Reisepass, die von der Unterkunft ausgestellte Aufenthaltserklärung (Dichiarazione di Domicilio), der Nachweis einer Krankenversicherung und - für Schweizer Staatsangehörige - das Militärdienstheft. Gäste, die einen Wohnsitz begründen wollen, müssen außerdem zusätzliche Unterlagen vorlegen, die von der Gemeinde verlangt werden, z. B. eine Abmeldeerklärung der vorherigen Gemeinde, eine Herkunftsurkunde oder eine Aufenthaltsgenehmigung.
Bei Aufenthalten von mehr als 28 Nächten werden die ersten 28 Nächte im Voraus in Rechnung gestellt und sind zahlbar. Die restlichen Nächte werden alle 28 Nächte separat in Rechnung gestellt. Verlängerungen erfordern eine neue Buchung und einen neuen Check-in zu Beginn des verlängerten Zeitraums, wobei ein neuer aktualisierter Unterkunftsnachweis (Dichiarazione di Domicilio) ausgestellt wird.
Stornierungen sind bis zu 30 Tage vor der Ankunft kostenlos. Bei einer Stornierung innerhalb von 30 Tagen vor der Ankunft wird der volle Preis des Aufenthalts in Rechnung gestellt.
Je nach Dauer des Aufenthalts kann eine Kaution von CHF 200 erhoben werden.
