- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

Sorry, because each of our beds is designated for single occupancy and provided as a single bed, it's not possible to share a bed with friends or partner and split the rental cost.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

You can cancel free of charge before you pay. After payment, the listing's cancellation policy applies.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

The holding deposit will be transferred to the security deposit on the day we sign the contract.
If everything goes smoothly, the security deposit will be returned to you after your check-out.

Yes, we have a great kitchen where you can cook your meals! We just ask that you clean up after yourself to keep the space nice for everyone. Enjoy your cooking.

You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day.

The tenant must return to Lessor's personal space completely and cleanly after moving out. Bed sets need to be washed and put back in their original places. The tenant is liable for all the costs of replacing and cleaning any stains or dirt that cannot be recovered.

Yes, we have cleaning services once a week for the communal areas.

Yes, we have our manager, who will help you if any questions arise.

Yes, each room can be locked. We also encourage everyone to lock the doors when leaving the house.

The apartment is conveniently located near MRT stations and bus stops. Additionally, there are government-provided bicycles (Ubike) available for rent.
