Cancellation policies

Terminating the Residents and Hosts Terms:

It's possible to terminate the Residents Terms even if you decide not to move into the coliving space at the start of the agreement.

The termination becomes effective immediately upon delivery of the termination notice.

Cancellation Policies:

The type of cancellation policy applied depends on the Cancellation Policy selected by the host in the listing description. Details about the host's Cancellation Policy can be found in the booking request or the listing description on Coliving.com.

Flexible

Cancel up to 7 days before move-in for a refund of 100% of the first month's rent.

Moderate

Cancel up to 14 days before move-in for a refund of 100% of the first month's rent.

Standard

Cancel up to 30 days before move-in for a refund of 50% of the first month's rent.

Firm

Cancel up to 14 days before move-in for a refund of 50% of the first month's rent.

Strict

Cancel up to 30 days before move-in for a refund of 50% of the first month's rent.
