Soggiorno minimo: 3 mesiThere are five bedrooms and two bathrooms; each room has a dedicated bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen with steel appliances. The apartment has a washer and a dryer for your convenience, as well as high-speed wifi. All our apartments have an in-house representative who helps us ensure the apartment is well-maintained and that all roommates thrive. We have general house rules everyone must follow and a weekly cleaning schedule everyone must participate in. In order to set you up for success, we provide all basic cleaning supplies!.

We accommodate students, interns, and young professionals, including international roommates, in fully furnished coliving apartments with a built-in community!. Our leases are for a minimum of three months, providing flexibility for students who are in New York City for a school semester or an internship. We host community events, such as mixers, to encourage tenants to get to know each other and feel part of a friendly and supportive community.
