Gambetta 40 is super well-located between two very trendy districts with a hipster vibe. Located in the middle of the Saint-Fargeau neighborhood, right next to Place Gambetta as well as the famous Père Lachaise cemetery, It’s only a 3-minute walk to the Pelleport subway stop and a bus stop (lines 3bis, 60, 61, and 64). Square Emmanuel Fleury, Square Édouard-Vaillant, and Park des Saint-Simoniens are close by as well. Of all the arrondissements of Paris, the 20th is the most discreetly romantic. This beautiful home is the perfect fit for any young professional looking for a tight-knit community.
