Soggiorno minimo: 1 meseWelcome to our luxurious female co-living property in the Sarria San Gervasi neighborhood of Barcelona. This four-bedroom apartment is situated on the first floor of a classic Barcelona building and has been completely renovated to a very high standard.
The apartment features four double-sized rooms, two of which have separate walk in closet dressing areas and one which has a separate living room, offering a range of options for individuals or groups. There are two bathrooms. This means that a maximum of two people can share a bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all residents.
In addition to the bedrooms, the apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge and dining room, and an accessible roof terrace for yoga classes. There is also a storage room available for residents to use, as well as a porter available every day.
Located in the Sarria San Gervasi neighborhood, this property enjoys numerous transport links, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, gyms, and the Mercat Galvany market. This means that residents have everything they need right at their doorstep, making it easy and convenient to live and work in this vibrant and exciting city.

Welcome to Sarria San Gervasi, one of Barcelona's most sought-after neighborhoods. Our property is located just a stone's throw away from Mercat Galvany, one of the city's most popular markets. This means that residents have access to a wide range of fresh produce, meats, cheeses, and other specialty foods right at their doorstep.
In addition to the market, the immediate area surrounding the property features three supermarkets, four pharmacies, and numerous cafes and restaurants. Whether you're looking for a quick bite to eat or a gourmet dining experience, you're sure to find something to suit your taste.
For those who need to get around, the Muntaner train station is just a 5-minute walk away, providing easy access to other parts of the city. There is also a bus stop in front of the property, with bus lines that can take you almost everywhere. And if you prefer to walk, it's just a 10-minute walk to Diagonal, one of the city's main avenues.

Il 20 del mese o dopo, pagherete al giorno. Il prezzo per notte è di 40 euro a persona.

Una volta che l'inquilino paga il primo mese di affitto a Coliving.com, non sono previsti rimborsi. Per soggiorni fino a 3 mesi, è richiesto il pagamento anticipato dell'intero importo, oltre al deposito cauzionale, all'habipak e, ove applicabile, al supplemento per il deposito delle utenze.
Una volta confermata la prenotazione su Coliving.com, l'inquilino deve pagare direttamente a noi quanto segue:

Se non si verifica un utilizzo eccessivo delle utenze, il deposito viene restituito per intero o soggetto a un eventuale sovrautilizzo. Forniamo calcoli chiari e trasparenti e copie di tutte le bollette. Il ciclo di fatturazione delle utenze è mensile, pertanto, a seconda della data di partenza dell'inquilino, possono essere necessari da 90 a 150 giorni per la restituzione del deposito non utilizzato. Se il deposito cauzionale non è sufficiente a coprire un eventuale uso eccessivo delle utenze, l'ammanco sarà detratto dal deposito cauzionale.
Al momento del check-out è previsto un costo di pulizia una tantum di 35 euro.
Eventuali spese di bonifico bancario o di società di riscossione per la restituzione del deposito cauzionale e del deposito di utilità sono a carico dell'inquilino.
Si noti che richiediamo una prova di reddito dopo la prenotazione.
