We are creating a vibrant, supportive co‑living community in Hollywood:
To foster community and connection while offering affordable, convenient living. We believe a home should be more than just four walls—it should enrich your everyday life through shared experiences, respectful collaboration, and personal growth.
This aligns with leading co‑living operators worldwide who emphasize community first, not just economics
We aim to balance privacy (your own bedroom) with shared amenities: living room, dining room, kitchen, and outdoor backyard space.
We encourage regular community gathering times like potlucks, coworking sessions, or weekend group hangouts—hosted by either the landlord or the residents
