Our apartment offers a total of 6 double-sized rooms, each designed for ultimate comfort and privacy. The entire property has been completely renovated to meet the highest standards of comfort and luxury.

Of the six double rooms, one has its own private en-suite bathroom, offering the ultimate privacy and comfort to those who would prefer a more secluded lifestyle. The other five double rooms share two modernly furnished bathrooms, which ensures that every two and a half individuals have their own bathroom space. Additionally, two of the double rooms have their own private balconies that offer breathtaking views of the nearby neighborhoods.

Our kitchen, lounge, and dining room have been designed to foster an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to come together with other residents. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with modern appliances and ample counter space to cater to all your culinary needs. The lounge and dining room area provide a spacious and comfortable place for residents to socialize, relax, and enjoy their meals.

We understand the importance of maintaining a clean and organized living space, which is why we provide storage space to meet the resident's needs. This ensures that the apartment is always well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing to its residents.

Our building has a permanent porter every day who is available to assist residents with any queries or issues that may arise. Our porter ensures that the residents feel safe and secure throughout their stay at our property.

In summary, our property offers residents a perfect mix of luxury and comfort in a prime location in Barcelona. Join us and experience the ideal balance between privacy and community while exploring one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city.
