It is located in a high-standing building with concierge service, frescoes on the walls, and several elevators in Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, one of the safest and quietest residential neighborhoods of Barcelona, located 5 minutes walking distance from La Bonanova train station and the European University (EU).

It has 7 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. All rooms have very comfortable beds, desks for teleworking or studying, gas heating, and ceiling fans.
Check-in must be done during working hours (Monday to Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., holidays not included). Arrival after hours will be charged as a complementary service.

Check-ins outside our regular working hours are subject to an additional fee.
