My first coliving experience was an exceptional one because of this coliving, and for that, I want to thank the owners for creating such a beautiful home. I enjoyed the beautiful sunset walks to the nearby beach and the sushi night with everyone in the house. I also thoroughly enjoyed the market and cala hopping day, as well as that beautiful hike in Deia.

They have truly put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming and beautiful coliving home. Every detail in the home, from the cozy living room, reading nook, and the porch, was well thought out.

I love this place because it's the perfect mix of having a home where I can work while being next to the busy life and the beach in Palma. It's so pretty and central. I absolutely fell in love with the balcony!

I had a great month at the house, and the hosts were very attentive and welcoming. The location is awesome because it's just 5 minutes away from the beach. The house has all the amenities needed, though it could use some renovation. The area itself is quite loud, unfortunately. It might also depend on which room you are in, so keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper. It's about 40 minutes away by bus from Palma, and the best option is to rent a car since there are many beautiful places around the island.

I stayed here for a month and it was such a wonderful journey; the whole experience was amazing beyond words. It is the perfect match of work, fun, and relaxation, where I had the chance to get work done and meet wonderful people. We shared ideas, big laughs, deep conversations, long walks around S'Arenal, and breaks at the beach, which is just around the corner. This place really feels like home—comfortable and friendly. It has everything you need. I'm looking forward to coming back soon and hopefully staying longer next time!

My girlfriend and I spent a month living and working here and couldn't be happier! The location was great; the beach, shopping, groceries, and entertainment were all within walking distance. The house was spacious, and the well-equipped kitchen allowed us to comfortably cook our own meals. Even the desk and desk chairs were very comfortable, making working from here a breeze.

The hosts were very gracious and always helpful, quick to respond to messages, and usually stopped by very quickly to resolve any issues we had.

All in all, it was perfect for us, and we are considering going back for an even longer period of time.
