After 7 years of working in big German cities, enduring hard work schedules and long cold winters, I realised I wanted to be closer to the beach and enjoy a better lifestyle balance. I relocated with my job to Spain and have now been living long-term with this host.

What makes this host special is the mix of long-term residents and short-term guests. There’s always a great dynamic in the house: you get the stability of a community while constantly meeting interesting new people from around the world.

The coworking space is very well equipped and ideal for remote work. One thing I particularly appreciate is how thoughtfully the house is designed: the bedrooms are tucked away far enough from the coworking area that it’s easy to properly disconnect and relax after work.

Over the years, the house has also seen continuous improvements and renovations, including upgraded air conditioning, new patio furniture, and improved meeting room facilities, which really enhance the overall experience.

And of course, being so close to the beach is a huge bonus. Having the sea nearby completely changes the rhythm of daily life and makes it much easier to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

This host has become much more than accommodation for me; it’s been a comfortable long-term home and an inspiring place to live and work.

I've spent 2 weeks at the host in April. I didn't quite know what to expect due to some conflicting reviews, so adding my own perspective.

It's an older house, with thick walls and high ceilings. There are some problems with dampness; however, ceilings are high, it's well ventilated, and I would have only noticed it visually (some peeling paint/stained spots on the ceiling).

Otherwise, it's kept clean and tidy both by the house manager and the other guests, and the cleaner comes multiple times per week. There are some service areas (cleaning supply closet) which don't look so great, but I wouldn't think they need to.

It's 2 minutes from the beach and the main street. There are no restaurants/clubs/bars around the house itself, but, as the beach area can be quite lively, there might be party-goers returning at various odd hours (it might even be you!) — however, to me, it was not disruptive, and I could sleep without problems in the room closest to the street.

The internet was great, work areas are very comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you'd expect.

There is a house manager who lives there who makes sure everything is humming along, you're not missing anything, and is super friendly. Communication with the owners was via WhatsApp, and they were very prompt to answer all my queries and make my stay as smooth as possible.

Overall, I had a very nice time. If you're looking for a coliving space in the area, I highly recommend the host.

We had a wonderful experience with the host. Last year we stayed in the Blue Room, the Terracotta Room and also the Premium Room, and we really enjoyed all of them. We spent more than two months here, which already says a lot about how comfortable and welcoming the place is.

That is also why we decided to come back this year. It is great to see that many improvements have been made since our last stay. The rooms feel fresher, nicer and more modern, and you can really notice that renovations and updates have been made with care.

There is a new positive energy throughout the place, while it still retains the relaxed and friendly atmosphere that made us feel at home the first time. For anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located and pleasant place to stay and work, we can highly recommend this host.

Our stay at the coliving was really awesome! The area is full of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants.
The sea is very close, and we enjoyed many breathtaking sunsets from a nice beach nearby. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The coworking space is not very big, but quiet. There is also a private meeting room. The decorations and pictures on the wall are very nice and make the place even cosier.

The coliving offers a very good opportunity for people to work and enjoy the beach and party lifestyle in S'Arenal.

The house is just a few hundred meters away from the beach and in walking distance from bars and restaurants. I really liked the little office space; desk screens and further equipment were provided and offered a good setup to work efficiently.

The house was full during my stay, which was great to connect and get to know people. We cooked, drank, and talked together; altogether a memorable experience.

Some things that could be considered a bit of a downside and therefore only 4/5 stars:
- The house is poorly soundproofed; I was woken up almost every night by cars, people, dogs, etc.
- The balcony was unfortunately a bit dirty, which prevented me from using it.
- The equipment in the kitchen was a bit old, e.g., knives, pots, pans, and cutting boards. The sink was also broken throughout the stay.

This place has a perfect location to enjoy different worlds of Mallorca. Very close to the beach and the nice restaurants and bars for tourists, but also within walking distance to more local and authentic places. Go right and you can enjoy kilometers of beach; go left and you'll soon be in a calmer and more relaxed area. There are supermarkets and gyms close by. As usual in these kinds of coliving spaces, the walls are thin, so bring earplugs.

I really appreciated the work-life balance available in this coliving space. It was great to have everything I needed in one location, making it easy to transition between working and relaxing. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and conducive to productivity. I felt at home while still being able to focus on my work.

I stayed here for 2 weeks. Next time it will definitely be longer. I met nice people.
Great location, right by the beach, everything is within walking distance.
The house is lovingly furnished, clean, and the staff takes care of everything at any time of day or night. Everything you need is there.
The coworking space provides everything needed to work here, like in a home office.
One must know that the surroundings are quite lively, so one must be able to handle a bit of noise at night.

My second home, very fair prices, cool people, and right by the sea. I highly recommend it.
