Hoppin House Seoul

My stay with this host was the best coliving experience I've had. I met lovely people from all over the world, shared great conversations and ideas, and felt at home really quickly. I loved the location and the place itself, but the people made it special. I'm really glad I chose to stay here during my time in the city. I'll definitely be back!

I stayed with this host from February 28th to May 31st 2026, just when they moved to the house.First of all, this is a great place to expand your social network. People from all around the world come to this place for short or long stays as I did. The host plans social activities every week, such as working sessions, yoga classes, group dinners, and many more. Also, the community is not only restricted to current residents, but also includes locals (including expats who have been living in South Korea for years). Just bear in mind, this is a shared house; you do not have the same service as in a coliving. You have to be prepared to live with people who have different cultural backgrounds.I had a great time during those 13 weeks. When I arrived, I received a warm welcome from the hosts. They know how to easily integrate new residents into the community.The location is great, just right next to a nearby subway station on the green line, a line that connects to both airports. About 5 minutes' walk. It is also very quiet during the day and night (except for the delivery scooters). I never had a hard time sleeping there.They have different sizes of rooms: private rooms and shared rooms. The accommodations are very good.I recommend this place if you travel alone and want to have a great time in the greatest city in the world.

Loved my stay at the host! It had everything you need for working remotely and a community to explore with!

There were even multiple places to work from, with monitors and laptop stands for you to use, and strong Wi-Fi for video calls.

The location is great. You can walk to everything you need and so much more. Plus close by the metro and bus stations to get anywhere else you want to go.

Highly recommend staying at the host if you’re coming to explore the city!

I think this was my fifth time staying with the host. The longest I've stayed was six weeks, and the shortest was about one week waiting for my flight (if I remember correctly). I've used both single rooms and the shared dorm. They've always been great experiences. It's a good community to live and work in (I work remotely at night), so whenever I visit Seoul, I try to stay here.The location is perfect, super easy to get to from the airport. The neighborhood has everything: great cafes, restaurants for all budgets, a park nearby for walking, a lot of PC Bangs, and countless places if you're more of a party person (not me xD).I hope to return soon :)

I had a wonderful 5-week stay at the host.The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the common areas in the kitchen are great for chatting with other guests, cook a good meal or work on your laptop.The location is great. It's a short walk from the metro and there are many nice restaurants and cafes a short walk away. It's up a hill so it's a workout but a good chance to burn the calories from delicious Korean food 🤣The community managers are very kind and helpful. They took very good care of us and planned nice events.

Finding this place was pure luck, and honestly, I’m really grateful for it.It’s not just a coliving—very quickly, it starts to feel like home. The people you meet here become more than just roommates. You end up sharing so many memorable days, conversations, and small moments that stick with you.The house itself is very spacious, with a few areas where you can comfortably work. As a digital nomad, that mattered a lot to me. I also had a private room which had a dedicated desk if you need quiet and focus during the day.Even though bathrooms are shared, and I’m someone who values comfort—but this was never an issue. They’re always clean, available, and the water pressure is great (which actually matters more than people think).The neighborhood is a big win. You’re close to a lively area, so within minutes you’re surrounded by cafes, shops, and that energetic local vibe. But at the same time, the house is tucked into a quiet residential area, which gives you the best of both worlds.What really makes this place special is the people behind it. The hosts have created something more than just accommodation—building a community. There’s a strong focus on connection and networking, and you naturally meet like-minded people, build real friendships, and have great conversations. The hosts are incredibly supportive throughout the whole experience—from before you even arrive, during your stay, and after. Thank you!Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my stay at this place. It’s the kind of place where you come for a short stay and end up wanting to stay much longer.

Just finished my run with the host, and it was an amazing experience. The managers were fantastic — both incredibly helpful, welcoming, and supportive throughout the entire stay. They made everything easy and created a great atmosphere from day one. There was a really good balance of organised activities and free time, which made it easy to explore, relax, and connect with everyone. The accommodation was great, the location was excellent, and overall it was a memorable experience I’d definitely recommend.

Loved staying here as a digital nomad; a lovely and spacious house, great location, warm community, and the hosts are just the sweetest :)
