So good. Clean enough. Beautiful place to staycation. On the 1st floor, you'll find a restaurant, on the 2nd floor the rooms, and on the 3rd floor an 80's bar.

This coliving has a mezzanine in their room. So unique.

Great place, clean, cheap, easy place to stay, close to train, Chinatown, etc.

Great place, very friendly staff, accommodating and good advice.
We had a large coliving room with a window and air conditioning, which is not insignificant for the area, and €10 a night.

I have to say the quality is quite good compared to the price. We stayed in a coliving for 3 persons with air conditioning. The only problem is you have to share the bathroom with other guests.

let’s be real. it’s a very budget-friendly place, and it’s worth the money. the rooms are not amazing, but they are good enough to sleep in. cleanliness is fine, and the location is great. just don’t expect five-star service for a low price.

With a price of 80,000 per night,
I can do laundry and save on laundry costs for solo traveling.
The staff are friendly.

I just arrived, but I wanted to review the place because I was surprised when I got here.

I was expecting something terrible from the other bad reviews, but honestly this place was a huge relief compared to the coliving just down the street, and that was actually quite comfortable, but only for a few days.

Here, I have way more space: my room has a little living room and upstairs queen bed. The place smells old, but it's clean and well kept.

At the coliving... I saw roaches, rats, and lizards crawling in hidden spaces, but so far I don't expect any worse here. Nothing in my room...

I don't know, I like the energy here.
