Voor ons moet wonen veranderen van gewoon wonen naar een woonervaring. Wonen in die omgeving waar je altijd van hebt gedroomd tegen een betaalbare prijs. Wonen moet zich aanpassen aan de tijdgeest waarin we ons bevinden; wonen moet flexibel, inclusief en sociaal zijn.
Onze missie
Onze missie is om onze medebewoners een gemakkelijke, betaalbare en flexibele manier van wonen te bieden - een manier waarbij sociale interactie en gemeenschap centraal staan - om een gevoel van saamhorigheid op te bouwen en een sfeer van vertrouwen en respect te bevorderen.
Onze strategie
We denken altijd na over hoe we onze visie en missie kunnen verbeteren - nu en in de toekomst. We streven ernaar om onze House of co woningen jaarlijks uit te breiden op verschillende locaties om kwalitatieve, flexibele en betaalbare huisvesting te bieden aan zoveel mogelijk mensen.

I had a great time during my stay at the coliving - a beautiful large space and made lots of lovely friends!
The location here is amazing, especially being so close to the central railway station. I really enjoyed the monthly events, which were a great way to socialize with fellow tenants. I will definitely try to stay here again on my next visit to Antwerp!
I had an interesting experience staying here. When I first arrived, I noticed that the tenants didn't socialize much, which was a bit of a surprise. There was a couple subletting a room for a month in the summer who weren't very friendly, to be honest. I also saw some friction between a few tenants and the landlord, which did affect the atmosphere a bit. Thankfully, I had a positive relationship with management myself; they were always courteous and responsive to my needs. They've ensured me that my deposit will be returned by the end of the month, which I appreciate.
