The staff is very accommodating and helpful. I feel that they do their best! Even maintenance is very nice. Used a translation app to communicate, worked just fine. In the office they speak English.

Apartment. Near the metro and the north station. Stay at the end of July 2026.The apartment is beautiful, impeccably clean, full of light, well furnished, equipped with everything needed in a very convenient area for everything, air conditioning, the two bathrooms (with windows) make the difference. Cookies and wine were a welcome gift upon our arrival. Very quiet.It is good to know that the agency is located in the city center (about 10/15 minutes on foot). That's where you need to go to collect the keys on the first day. Anyway, it is not a problem because they keep your luggage for free from when you arrive until the check-in time (4:00 PM). As for the staff, all very kind and helpful..The only thing to really pay attention to when booking is the security deposit. There are various options but you have to read carefully.We had a problem on Sunday evening around 8:00 PM because, carelessly, we left one of the two keys inserted in the interior lock and went out. Obviously, with the other key we had, we couldn't get in because it would not fit in the lock. They were helpful; the agency staff is on duty until 9:00 PM. They called the maintenance person and after a couple of calls they solved it. But then they were not very transparent; they did not clearly communicate how much it would cost, it seemed 30 euros and then once back home after 5 days I saw a charge of €121. From the agency with which we communicated via WhatsApp there was no communication or informative email about the charge.The only reason I don't give five stars.Fortunately, at the time of booking I had clicked on a link for the Swikly insurance to possibly cover the cost of the €200 deposit. I opened the claim and within 3-4 days they refunded the €121.00.I would definitely come back!

Great apartment in an excellent location. The price-quality ratio is fantastic, with comfortable beds, good facilities, and the host was very accommodating with late check-outs. Communication could occasionally be a bit clearer, especially regarding the key pickup, but overall everything worked out well. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it!

We spent a few days in an apartment provided by the host in the central neighborhood and the experience has been excellent for family travel. The apartment was very beautiful, comfortable, bright, and very well cared for, with everything necessary to feel at home!

The location is excellent, in a modern and pleasant area, perfect for getting around the city. In addition, everything was very clean and the process was very smooth from arrival, with check-in in the same building.
