Our three-bedroom villa accommodates up to 8 guests in comfort and style. Each bedroom features air conditioning, ceiling fans, and private bathrooms with hot water. The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and sofa bed for additional flexibility.
The highlight is our private swimming pool surrounded by a terrace perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks. Climb to the rooftop for panoramic ocean views, or enjoy the second-floor terrace with BBQ grill and comfortable seating areas.
We're walking distance to both Villas de Santa Verónica and Náutica de Salinas del Rey. The beach is just a 2-minute stroll away. During kite season, tuk-tuks provide easy beach access, while the scenic beach walk is always an option. Essential amenities in Santa Verónica are nearby, including restaurants, vegetable and fruit shops, and a pharmacy. The central location between two of the most beautiful cities in Colombia makes it perfect for combining tourism on the weekends and a calm work week. It's very easy to get to both cities.
We provide water, coffee, cooking oil, salt, cleaning supplies, and umbrellas upon arrival. Additional services include housekeeping, laundry, and BBQ catering. Salinas del Rey is a rapidly developing area in Juan de Acosta, Atlántico, less than an hour from both Barranquilla and Cartagena airports. The area is growing quickly with increasing infrastructure, though access roads can be challenging during rainy season, but no worries, we've got you covered, as we provide access to Casa Samba through the pavement roads.
The beaches remain uncrowded, offering tranquil spaces for connection with the sea. When winds calm, the ocean becomes completely blue and peaceful.
