Our coliving is more than just a place to stay—it is an intentional community designed for those who value peace, mutual respect, and meaningful connections. Located in the most sought-after area of Las Canteras Beach, it serves as a true home base for remote workers, digital nomads, and creatives looking to immerse themselves in the island lifestyle for medium- to long-term stays.
A Professional and Respectful Atmosphere This is a quiet, mindful house, not a party hostel. Our residents come here to focus on their projects, excel in their studies, and enjoy the ocean. We prioritize:
A peaceful environment, especially during evening hours.
Impeccable shared spaces that are cared for by everyone.
The perfect balance between total privacy in your en-suite room and the freedom to connect naturally with others.
Life on the Rooftop The heart of the house is our rooftop terrace—a bright, open sanctuary where life unfolds gently. It is common to see residents working in the fresh air, sharing a coffee at sunrise, or stretching after a swim. The terrace invites connection but never demands it; it’s a space to breathe and listen to the nearby ocean.
Organic Connections, No Pressure Community here happens naturally: a quiet chat in the kitchen, a sunset walk along the promenade, or a spontaneous plan to explore the island. Many of our residents share a passion for well-being—yoga, cycling, surfing, and creative arts are part of the daily rhythm here. There is no forced socializing; everyone engages at their own pace.
Who Belongs Here? We attract thoughtful, independent individuals who are supportive of shared routines and mindful of their neighbors. It is why so many of our guests choose to return year after year.
This is the ideal space for you if you are seeking:
A calm, work-friendly environment by the sea.
A respectful international community of like-minded professionals.
A genuine home in Las Palmas, rather than a transient tourist experience.
