Our house is located in the beautiful Mapleton–Fall Creek neighborhood, one of Indianapolis’ most charming historic areas. The community is known for its tree-lined streets, stunning early 20th-century architecture, and a mix of professional offices and private residences. It offers the perfect balance of city convenience and neighborhood peace.
Residents enjoy a safe, walkable environment with gorgeous scenery for long walks or a quiet evening stroll. We take pride in our security, with a private fenced parking lot, a well-lit entry, and keypad access for safety and privacy.
Nearby, you’ll find locally owned coffee shops, restaurants, and small businesses, along with parks and trails for outdoor enjoyment. The Red Line transit stop is just steps away, making it easy to get downtown in minutes.
