The venue itself is special, primarily due to its fantastic connection with the surrounding nature. Using the principles of biophilic architectural design, we have created a unique space that provides guests with a user experience comparable to being in the forest.

From a functional point of view, we offer accommodation, workspace, food and beverage services, indoor and outdoor community areas, as well as programs and activities for our guests or teams.

Our hospitality is warm and sincere, making it valued as something more than expected. The surroundings provide opportunities for you to enjoy your well-being in either an active or peaceful way—hiking, basking in the sun, breathing in the pine scents, and taking in the views of canyons and meadows.

**Venue Details**
- **Building 3**: 5 floors. Equipped with a panoramic elevator, restaurant, reception, lobby bar/co-working space, wine bar, conference room, and 14 accommodation units.
- **Building 2**: 4 floors. No elevator. Features 16 accommodation units, a Nordic office, and a private spa.
- **Building 1**: 4 floors. No elevator. Comprises 20 accommodation units and an atelier (working space).
- **Garden**: Includes sun loungers and parasols (summer). A large open garden is located on the south side of the estate, bordered by acres of mixed pine forest and meadows. Three large wooden platforms provide space for relaxation in the sun or engaging group activities.
- **Parking**: We offer a large private parking area suitable for both passenger cars and buses.

**Accommodation Options**
- **Standard Room**: Studio, 32 m², with a 180x200 cm bed or two single beds (90x200 cm), kitchenette (mini-fridge, electric kettle, dining table, chairs), flat-screen TV, bathroom (toilet, bath or shower, towels, hairdryer, toilet paper), 95% with balcony, floor heating, and free Wi-Fi. Socket near the bed. Best suited for one or two persons.

- **Mini Suite**: Studio, 32 m², with a 180x200 cm bed or two single beds (90x200 cm), kitchenette (mini-fridge, electric kettle, dining table, chairs), flat-screen TV, and a sofa/seating area. Bathroom (toilet, bath or shower, towels, hairdryer, toilet paper), balcony, floor heating, and free Wi-Fi. Socket near the bed. Best suited for one or two persons. Can accommodate three persons, but one must sleep on the sofa.

- **Master Suite**: Private suite, 40 m², featuring a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, living room with kitchenette (mini-fridge, electric kettle, dining table, chairs), flat-screen TV, sofa/seating area, and some units have a fireplace. Bathroom (toilet, bath or shower, towels, hairdryer, toilet paper), balcony, floor heating, and free Wi-Fi. Socket near the bed.
