We are located right next to Ruzafa, the most vibrant neighborhood in Valencia. Authentic coffee places, amazing local gastronomy, art galleries, music bars, vintage boutiques, cozy bookstores, and fitness studios. By 5 minutes walking from home, you will find over 9km of gardens at the old river bed. The river (as we call it) is also central to the city’s culture with activities, exhibitions, and fairs throughout the year. In 10 minutes by walk, you will be at the historical city center, a thousand-year-old neighborhood, filled with vibrant life rich in street art, and home to cutting-edge museums. Ride your bike for 15 minutes and you will find yourself at El Cabañal, a traditional fisherman neighborhood by the beach, and home to the local innovation ecosystem. Visit some of the most innovative tech companies in the city in the morning, enjoy a nice meal in front of the sea and spend the afternoon at one of the many cultural events that are happening every day.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Do I need to sign a contract/lease?It’s enough that you accept our Renters Terms.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

What if the place is not as advertised?You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.

Will I have privacy?Yes, we highly value the importance of privacy, autonomy and individual spaces. We always look for a balance between community and individual spaces

Are there separate work areas in the coliving space?Yes, we have a specific coworking area, with meeting rooms, skype boxes and private desk

Are couples allowed? Can I split the rent with a friend?Yes, couples are allowed. We just charge a partial fee for the double occupancy of the room and the extra spot at the coworking space

Who are my roommates?Social entrepreneurs, unconventional freelancers, digital humanists, eclectic artists, corporate shakers, remote artisans... curious and talented people from all over the world ready to share experiences and build cool projects. Our colivers are always professionals either working remotely, coming to Valencia to expand their business or planning their next career move.

Are pets allowed?Yes, we are flexible with pets. But please, before coming, let us know so we can check if there are any allergies in the community or if someone would feel uncomfortable (or even scared) with having a pet coliver in the house. Also, please be considerate of the community. If your pet is not really well trained (yet), is not used to being at home alone or with strangers, or tends to be noisy/messy, it’s maybe better not to bring it.

What do you look for in applicants?We look for people that is open to sharing a part of their life with others: respectful, open to diversity, communicative, willing to learn and share experiences... At the same time we acknowledge the need for individual spaces and independence while living in a community

Are guests allowed during the day/night?Here, our policy is common sense. Guests are allowed as long as they are aligned with the values of the community and the rest of the group is okey with welcoming them. You can also receive overnight visits of friends and family but we charge an extra fee if they stay for more than 2 nights

Can I change rooms or apartments?As long as there's availability you can move to a different room if you like it more

Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?Smoking/vaping is not allowed inside the common areas and the rooms. You can smoke in one of our terraces or in your room's balcony.

What are the quiet hours?We have a good relationship with our neighbors and try to keep it like that. The parties we like are the ones in which we have a good conversation with a glass or wine after dinner. Typically we try to keep it quite after 10 p.m during the week and 11 p.m on weekends

Is it possible to request a change of room or apartment if I am not satisfied with the current one?As long as there's availability you can move to a different room if you like it more.
