I stayed at the property. Excellent location. Very central, in a lively but safe neighborhood.
Easy access to everything (train, metro, bus, tram, and suburban buses)
The quality of my mini-studio was impeccable. It felt like being at home. Inside, there was space and brightness. Privacy was respected; you couldn't hear anything from adjacent studios.
Private shower, much appreciated, access to washing machines and dryers. Everything is included in the rent.

I am currently living in a coliving in Ixelles and I highly recommend this place.
The house is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven).
We also have a bulk delivery service every month (detergent, fabric softener, olive oil, coffee, cleaning products), which is very convenient to avoid communal purchases.
The team responds very quickly to our questions and intervenes promptly in case of issues.
Finally, it is a real community, with events every week, such as climbing, bars, meals, Pilates, the best way to make new acquaintances.
Great experience living in one of the coliving houses in Ixelles. The place is well designed, comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is really nice. The team is responsive, and everything is well managed. Highly recommend!
