Estadia mínima: 1 mêsA Spread-Out Village Coliving in the Medieval Italian Village of Vallo di Nera (PG)
Escape the hustle of city life and step into the slow, authentic rhythm of a historic Umbrian village. Unlike traditional colivings, our diffused coliving means you won’t stay in a single building—instead, you’ll live in beautifully restored homes scattered throughout the cobblestone streets, blending seamlessly with the local community.
Work from a 12th-century ex-convent turned coworking hub with a shared kitchen and cantina for meals together, unwind and meditate in a garden with sunset views and stand-up desks among the veggies, or retreat to a former cowshed transformed into a cozy books-and-music lounge. Everything is within a 3-minute walk. Need to explore? Grab one of our bikes and roam.

In our village, you’re not just a guest - you’re a temporary villager. Share espresso at Sante's café, buy fresh bread at the mini grocery, taste Umbrian classics at two family-run restaurants, and fill your bottle at ancient mountain-water fountains. Connect with Peppe, the village farmer and shepherd, and Pina, our resident donkey - or try your hand at Fabrizio's ricotta-making in the village dairy.
Nature & adventure: Hiking trails in lush green forest, gravel/MTB routes, truffle hunting, secret medieval hermitages, and fresh river baths.
Beyond the village: Charming towns (15-30 mins by car & bus) for evening vibes, services, and a touch of nightlife.
Supported by the Vallo di Nera municipality, we’ve created a bridge between remote work and timeless Italian culture. Whether you stay a week or a season, you’ll leave feeling part of Vallo di Nera - not just a visitor.
Ready to trade "staying somewhere" for truly belonging? Book your diffused coliving experience today!
