We are located in a beautiful 1900 Modernist building completely renovated but preserving the essence and soul of the house. An Andalusian jewel that has 4 floors: on the ground floor is the front desk, a cafeteria, a patio, and a beautiful Coworking space. The materials used to restore the historic building are all upcycled: bricks, doors, chairs, tiles, walls… from those that were in the construction at the earliest 1900 when it was built. They have been given a new purpose and life as part of the unique furniture design. When you enter the property you instantly get the feeling of a special and unique ambient. Coliving facilities are located exclusively on the third floor, there is a total of 6 rooms for colivers with two bunk beds each, but total capacity in each room it is set to 2 people (just lower beds since they are more confortable for long term stays). All rooms have high-speed Wi-Fi Internet, heating and air conditioning; reading lights, plugs and lockers; Daily cleaning service in common areas, bathrooms, and shared rooms, and once a week in coliving rooms. Some of the rooms have a pretty terrace and views of the city, some are super quiet and connect with a patio. As additional services we have Laundry (washer and dryer); and access to our Coworking area - a beautiful workspace with a professional high-speed connection with 1Gb fiber. We also offer pack lunch for excursions ("take away" type), homemade dinners, and activities every day. On the top floor, with beautiful views of the Albaicin neighborhood and the city, are the common areas: big kitchen, living room, cinema room with guitars, books, games and smart TV (Netflix) and some toilets. Spaces designed to work, talk or relax while you have a mojito in our bar. The following amenities and services are included:
