Each bedroom has its own private, en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Enjoy modern design, spacious units, and minimalist features with lots of great natural light. Our kitchens feature stainless steel appliances, including a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and large basin sink. Plus, there's a space-saving, stackable washer and dryer in every unit, so you can do laundry at your convenience.
Relax on our community rooftop deck, where you can enjoy the summer sunshine and take in the stunning views. Each bedroom comes with a full-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and a workstation. Dressers are available upon request, so you can make yourself at home.

The Shaw neighborhood is east of the U Street corridor and is one of the city's hippest up-and-coming areas, with attractions like the shops and eateries at The Shay and the Atlantic Plumbing complexes and bustling cafes like Compass Coffee and La Colombe. The southern end of Shaw gives way to the high-end shopping mecca of City Center DC and the retail-filled Penn Quarter and Chinatown neighborhoods.
