Welcome to our inviting fully furnished 4-bedroom co-living apartment, nestled on the 4th floor of a modern building at the intersection of Vereinstrasse and Fruchtallee. You'll find a shared kitchen equipped with an oven, stove-top, microwave, and fridge, as well as a cozy dining area and an extra small storage room. The spacious and bright bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with a 140 x 200 cm bed, a wardrobe, and a desk with a chair. Additionally, the building features an elevator, a shared rooftop terrace, and convenient bike parking in the basement. You can also access the shared laundry space in the basement, equipped with multiple laundry machines and dryers for a small fee.
A deposit of 1,150€ is required for all our German units. Please note that the membership fee is already included in this deposit amount.
The main purpose of our community is to make it possible for people—regardless of background—to feel comfortable and at home with their housemates, and have the opportunity to build long-lasting, authentic relationships.
To allow members the opportunity to get to know their housemates and expand their networks, we sponsor activities. One way this is done is by way of the sponsored welcome dinner: each time a new member moves in, Our team sponsors a dinner for all housemates to get to know one another. We then hope to see our members come together and join the various other events hosted throughout the year by us or other members!
As a member, you will also get exclusive access to our online community via the member app. In the app, you have the possibility to join or start an interest group and get in contact with other members in your own city and across all other cities in which We are present.
The building is located in the trendy Eimsbüttel, close to public transport, restaurants, and shopping.
