نحن ننظم فعاليات مجتمعية منتظمة مثل إفطار العمل وغداء العمل وحفلات البيتزا والمحادثات واللقاءات والأنشطة الرياضية (اليوغا وجولات الدراجات الإلكترونية والمشي في الشمال). بالإضافة إلى أننا موطن العديد من الخلوات وورش العمل والدورات التدريبية.

بيئة مكتبية حديثة، مع كل ما تحتاجه للعمل بفعالية: إنترنت سريع ومستقر، وكراسي ومكاتب مريحة، وكبائن سكايب خاصة، وغرف اجتماعات مجهزة بالكامل (الصغيرة تتسع لـ 6 أشخاص كحد أقصى؛ وغرفة اجتماعات كبيرة تتسع لـ 16 شخصًا)، وطابعة وماسحة ضوئية، ولوح قلاب، ولوحة بيضاء، وجهاز عرض وشاشة. يحتوي المطبخ أيضاً على جميع المعدات اللازمة: ثلاجة، وطباخ، وفرن، وميكرو وماكينة قهوة احترافية.

الشقق ذات الطابق العلوي
تستوعب الشقق المصممة على طراز الدور العلوي ثلاثة أشخاص كحد أقصى مع مطبخ مجهز تجهيزاً جيداً وحمام خاص. يتوفر سرير إضافي في الطابق الأرضي وسرير مزدوج في الدور العلوي. تحتوي الشقة على تراس خاص. تنطبق الأسعار على الشقة الكاملة وتشمل استخدام مساحة العمل المشتركة.
الكابينة
تتسع هذه الشقة الفريدة من نوعها لشخصين كحد أقصى مع مطبخ مجهز جيداً وحمام خاص. تقع المقصورة في زاوية بورتوس هوم وتحيط بها الأشجار والطبيعة. تحتوي الشقة على تراس واسع وخاص. تنطبق الأسعار على الشقة بالكامل وتشمل استخدام مساحة العمل المشتركة.
غرفة مزدوجة
تستوعب الغرفة المزدوجة شخصين كحد أقصى مع حمام خاص وركن للقراءة وتراس خاص. يمكن لضيوفنا استخدام المطبخ المجهز بالكامل في مساحة العمل المشتركة. تنطبق الأسعار على الغرفة وتشمل استخدام مساحة العمل المشتركة.

Nice tiny house in a very remote and quiet area.
I spent a week here for coworking and coliving and it was a great experience. It was part of a Re-Charge program with lots of time to work, development, great cooking, and wine-tasting. The environment is great for walking, cycling, and discovering Lake Balaton. The team and other participants were very welcoming and inspiring. So I would definitely recommend going and recharging and discovering Hungary with the people from this wonderful coliving.!
I spent 1 month at this coliving for coworking and it was a great experience. It was part of a Recharge program with lots of time to work, development, great cooking and wine-tasting. The environment is great for walking, cycling and discovering Lake Balaton. And Vezprem (the EU cultural capital of 2023) is also closeby! The team and other participants were very welcoming and inspiring. So I would definitely recommend going to recharge and discover Hungary with the people from this coliving.
Plus: The design, practical building, and beautiful surroundings are great. The interior is nice with meeting rooms, a coffee machine, equipped kitchen, and a selection of drinks and food. The price/value ratio is adequate and the manager/owner is kind. The internet is fast.
Minus: In today's 34 degrees weather, the air conditioning barely worked. This could be due to cost-saving measures or because someone complained about it. There's always that one super sensitive person who makes everyone else sweat like crazy.
Conclusion: It's a great place but unfortunately doesn't work for me because I can't do mental work at 27 degrees temperature.
We stayed at this coliving for a month and the accommodation was fantastic - modern and comfortable. The location is also amazing, on the outskirts of a beautiful village in a peaceful area, perfect for relaxation. It's also conveniently close to Balaton and many great sights and restaurants.
I came here for an evening of cooking together. It was an incredible experience to prepare dinner under the guidance of a master chef. I will definitely come again! Thanks!
This place is superb and well-maintained, set in a picturesque environment with a kind host. I highly recommend it to everyone.
