In recent years, we have been hosting several like-minded people and arranging many events.
There is a need for a social hub in Catania, a place to connect to many more people that share the same experiences, whether they are locals or digital nomads keen to discover the authentic beauty of Sicily. This is an amazing opportunity to live in an old Sicilian townhouse, bring people together, and give back to the community.

They say that in order to know the history of Catania you need to take a look at one of its historic neighborhoods, San Berillo where the property is located just a stone’s throw away from Mount Etna, the greatest active volcano in Europe: it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2013. In the centre of Catania and close to Theatro Massimo, San Berillo shows its visitors many faces and facets with their Baroque and Fascist buildings, some unfinished and some destroyed by bombardments or other events. You can find lots of coffee shops and family-run authentic restaurants in this area.
