This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and turn-key flatshare in Toulouse is a perfect combination of comfort and design. It consists of household furnishings, including a double bed with pillows and duvet All you need to do is to bring your belongings to settle in well! The room has a security lock if you wish to keep your belongings safe while away.

All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).

The flatshare is located in the "Compans" neighborhood, in the centre of Toulouse. Plenty of shops, public transports, restaurants are accessible near at hand. The apartment is on floor #7 , with elevator. It is ready-to-live-in and includes a complete kitchen with refrigerator, kitchen ustensils, kettle, pans, crockery, toaster, microwave… The accommodation also contains a clothes rack, an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine.
Additionally, you will find cleaning items in the accommodation: bagless hoover, dustpan and brush, mop and bucket, broom… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: water, unlimited wi-fi, household waste tax, condominium fees, housing insurance, electricity.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

The Compans neighbourhood is situated in the centre of Toulouse, between the Canal du Midi and the boulevards Marquette and Lacrosses. The ancient military barracks – a proper tribute to the generals Compans and Caffarelli - gave the neighbourhood its name. Compans is nowadays a business quartier with a high concentration of offices, prestigious hotels and plenty of accommodation. The Compans-Caffarelli public garden split the area into two – don’t miss the incredible Japanese Garden located there! In the area, you will also find a shopping mall, two sports malls and plenty of “Grandes Ecoles” – prestigious universities such as the University of Toulouse 1 and its Law Faculty. Metro B serves the area (Compans). Life here is calm and peaceful. However, you will find an interesting School of living music and “the Chapelle” – a wide place of social, artistic and political experimentation (rue Danielle-Casanova). Apartment eligible for CAF up to 258€ / month. The CAF for Caisse
d'allocations familiales is a free public service eligible for all,
including foreigners and can help you financially to pay part of your
housing according to your situation whether you are French or foreign. To
find out the potential amount of your assistance, go to the CAF website and
complete the online APL (housing assistance) estimate.

Service fee : from 590€
The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
need for intervention in your accommodation.

Deposit : 700€
