Built in the late 1930's, this adobe house, was once the property of one of the most antique families in Todos Santos. At the beginning it had only 2 rooms and common areas. Nowadays with our six-bedroom configuration, we host up to 12 guests comfortably that enjoy our exquisite pool, hot tub, and rooftop with panoramic views of Todos Santos' Palmar.
Our unique co-living concept fosters authentic connections, offering private rooms alongside welcoming shared spaces. This is a great Boutique coliving in the absolute perfect location downtown [location redacted], one block from a nearby landmark and two blocks from another local spot. The host is amazing and gives such a nice personal touch to the stay. This is a very small 6-room coliving with historic character and charm. I would stay there again for sure, and feel like the host is a friend now, so I will always stop by and say hello when I'm in town.
The best place to stay in this area. The host is excellent.
It's a very chic, tranquil, and peaceful place; it's perfect for couples.
I highly recommend the host! Our family rented out the entire unit for 5 nights. It was so wonderful that a couple of us stayed one extra night. The hosts made us feel at home and as if they were part of the family, too! Everything was spotless, towels were provided for the pool and beach, and all our needs were attended to. Looking forward to staying there again on my next trip. Thank you to the hosts!
What a dream: intimate, stylistic, historic, the host puts you in the center of this "Pueblo Magico" with cozy interiors and welcoming community spaces. I came for a creative retreat, and the design and styling were inspirational. I recommend you spend some quality time on the rooftop terrace where the 360 views have you immersed in the town. The host was amazing, kind and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed! Would 10/10 return to this beautiful home.
This historic and intimate house is a perfect stay if you want to be in the action of the town. The community spaces and patios were my favorite part, relaxing with a place in the sun. Step out the front door and walk to amazing food, drinks, arts, and sights. Would definitely recommend to friends!
What a GEM right in the heart of the town! The host greeted me upon arrival with an air of tranquility and ease. They showed me around the property and escorted me to my room while providing the history of the house. Amenities were thoughtful. I was sad to only be there one night! I 1,000% recommend and am already looking forward to returning.
Amazing rooftop views for sunset and the jacuzzi! Best location within walking distance to local food and shopping, and within reach of good hiking, beach, and whale-watching spots!
I stayed at the host's place for one night during my visit to the town, and it was a fantastic experience. The space is beautiful and perfectly centrally located, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the rooftop deck was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend staying here!
Lovely boutique coliving in the area, close to great restaurants and with a little plunge pool to cool off in the heat. Particularly loved our balcony and communal chill out area on the top floor.
