is one of those rare places in sf that genuinely surprises you. I shared a room for months and I met unforgettable friends I feel like I've known for a lifetime. These aren't just housemates passing in the hallway; they become your family. Case in point: a spontaneous road trip to Joshua Tree I'll never forget. If you get the chance to live here, don't think twice.

A home away from home. This is exactly the kind of place it is! For both native Californians and new folks visiting SF, it’s a place you just have to experience. Non-pretentious, just high-quality communal living - delicately balancing the needs of introverts and extroverts alike. What’s crazy is that you will run into folks (creatives, engineers, doctors, bankers, and entrepreneurs alike) around the world who at some point would have lived here! Once you are part of this community, you always will be. The visionary experience-obsessed owner and co-resident creates an experience with the highest standards of living. The best landlord co-resident you can have.

As for the place itself, it is super clean, always stocked up, and has an amazing sauna!!! I will personally vouch for how good a place it is! I just hope that you get to live here once, given the amount of people vying for a spot at any given time!

If you are lucky enough to find a spot here, make sure you take it! The place is beyond amazing and the amenities are incredible. The person who runs the place is an absolute sweetheart. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, and there is a sauna that you can use anytime to decompress. In addition, the location provides an amazing view of the bay bridge. Can’t recommend this coliving enough.

I stayed at a coliving for a month and wished I stayed longer. The property itself is so charming, and the view is amazing, especially from room 11 (a shared room and the best room in my opinion). The landlord was very responsive, welcoming, and made the whole experience so easy. Items were always restocked, the house was always clean, and any issues were fixed immediately. Also, there is a whole SAUNA in the house—what a luxury.

The people are the best part! The coliving has a warm, communal vibe, and it was really easy to meet everyone and feel at home right away. I moved to SF for a new job and was hoping to meet new people. Living at this coliving was the best decision, and I can’t recommend it enough!!

Stayed here because I needed a short-term furnished lease and loved my stay! The coliving is very clean with weekly cleaners as well, but everyone is also very respectful.

I am astounded by how great the service was, the process, and the layout of the coliving. Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs a place to meet people, feel safe, and comfortable!!

I’ve moved back into coliving four times now, so that probably tells you everything. I genuinely love this place. It’s one of the few spots in the city where anyone can show up and instantly feel welcome.

The first time I moved in, I was worried about sharing a room and bathroom with someone I’d never met. Turns out, it was great. The rooms are super clean, and the weekly cleaning makes a massive difference. Everyone is respectful and drama-free because you actually go through an application before staying at coliving, so you don’t end up with random weirdos. People naturally become friends here; some of my closest friends in the city came from living at coliving.

This isn’t your typical coliving or hacker house. It has a sauna. A huge yard. A cozy living room. It actually feels like a home.

And the amount of stuff that’s supplied is unreal: seasoning, snacks, more herbal tea than you could ever drink. You don’t need to think about anything. If you play piano, there’s even one of those.

The landlord also lives in the house. He’s genuinely on top of everything and fixes issues immediately.

If you’re new to the city or just need a place to stay, I’d definitely consider coliving. It’s one of the best decisions I keep making.

10/10 recommend! Everyone in the coliving was super friendly and easy to live with. The building is clean and stocked with everything you can need, and the area is very safe!

I loved living here during my time in San Francisco :)

The staff is amazing and made sure to make living as comfortable as possible. They even went to the extent to host a surprise birthday party, which was the best experience I had, wholesome and lovely. I even went to my first Chainsmokers concert with the people of the coliving!

I enjoyed spending time with the people at home and learning new things & perspectives. It’s a great place to start with if you’re new to the city and want to know people + have fun on weekends. The staff organized events here and there at home & also took us to different places around SF, especially Mill Valley! I miss going on those car rides. I got introduced to mapo tofu here and it soon became my favourite dish!

Anyone in SF should definitely live in this coliving and enjoy the stay and lovely people :)

This is located uphill so make sure to be prepared for walking on the hill! The area & view are worth it though, I loved running around here. The place is well lit and open with lots of lounges and different areas to sit and relax beside the room. Cleaning is done bi-weekly as well, which was great! Overall hygienic and well-balanced.

Will definitely come back to this coliving in the future!

Before my stay, I didn't particularly like SF, but the hospitality and the kindness of people here changed that for me. The people are warm, there are constant activities hosted, and the staff makes sure the place is spotless. Would highly recommend this to anyone, especially if you’re moving to SF!

This is a wonderful place with some wonderful people. The accommodation itself is great, spacious, and there is a beautiful common area where you will always find someone to hang out with. Everyone I met was super friendly and kind. Definitely recommend this place if you are new to the city and looking to create a community around you. Location is 10/10 and the staff is amazing!
