Great location, living conditions, and coliving. It was very pleasant to live here; I strongly recommend.

this coliving is a lovely place to stay for a month or more. it's located in a calm area with all the infrastructure you need. it's about community, shared spaces, and time, offering an experience you definitely don't want to miss.

I have been living here for a month and it was, without a doubt, the best decision I ever made. Beautiful house, super quiet neighborhood, and very well connected to the rest of Prague. Everything with Lucie was perfect 😁

Spacious room and great host! It takes about 35-40 minutes to the old town square by tram. There’s a tram and bus stop within walking distance (about a 2-3 minute walk). There’s also a grocery store about 10 minutes away, which is convenient for daily shopping.

The room is really spacious. Lucie is super kind and hospitable. I absolutely loved the garden! Had a wonderful stay here.

- Very calm and green neighborhood with all the facilities you may need (post office, shops, groceries)
- It's just a 5-minute walk from the tram, bus, and suburban train, which can get you anywhere around the Prague region, as well as the city center
- 20 minutes away by bus, there's a huge park with a lake and beach!

Don't hesitate to take the opportunity; you won't regret it for sure!
