I can’t say anything other than that we had the best time at the coliving house. The rooms and the space are fantastic, and the beds were super comfortable with very cozy pillows. The location and the view are particularly incredible and especially recommended in the early season from April to the end of May. During this time, the beach – just a short walk away – feels almost like a private beach.

There are many shops and great seafood restaurants within walking distance, and the nights are quiet. It can get a bit windy at night on the seaside, but it's hardly bothersome. However, if you're very sensitive to noise, it’s a good idea to pack some earplugs. There are also plenty of rooms that don’t face the sea.

The host is amazing and makes you feel welcome right away. She’s always easy to reach and knows the area very well, so she provides lots of great tips.

All in all, the coliving is perfect for larger groups and also ideal for hosting retreats.

Our group held a surfskate camp there, and there are great skate and surf spots just a few minutes away by car. A brand-new skatepark with an excellent wooden bowl was recently built in the town – a dream for any skater. The people in town are all very friendly, and you feel welcome everywhere.

I definitely want to come back and would give more than 5 stars if it were possible.

The place is family-friendly, welcoming, and well-maintained. It's located next to the most historical building in Sines (the house where the navigator Vasco da Gama was born) and has one of the best restaurants in the region on the opposite side. Just 5 minutes away from almost everything in the city, it offers a wonderful view of the beach and sea.

The service is very friendly, helpful, and available. There are numerous activities and recommendations for places to explore. I would definitely return, whether for work or vacation.

Excellent accommodation in a quiet and beautiful area. The room was comfortable and tidy, and the staff were very kind and informative. Plus, there are some good places for surfing not too far away. Overall, it's a great place for both relaxing and working.

The common areas are arranged in a way that makes it very comfortable and natural to go about daily life alongside other guests. There's a perfect workspace for those who come to work or are immersed in their projects, with a living room and an adjacent terrace for taking breaks. I must highlight that the nights I spent here were probably the best sleep I've had all year, largely due to the cool breeze even in summer.

In the surrounding area, you can visit Sines and, if you have a car or another vehicle, explore the nearby beaches. There's a significant surf culture that can encourage you to try and practice surfing with others.

All of this is complemented by exceptional hospitality from the host, always willing to help and advise guests as needed. You might just feel like staying here for most of the year.

I recently stayed at this coliving space for a month and absolutely loved every minute of it. It's located in a perfect spot along the picturesque Atlantic coast in Portugal. My accommodations were spacious and impeccably maintained, ensuring a comfortable environment throughout my stay.

Being close to the beach and nearby surf schools was incredibly convenient, enabling easy access to a variety of outdoor activities. The amenities provided, like the BBQ grill in the backyard, the large kitchen, coffee machine, and projector for movie nights, really added a special touch to my experience.

This place comes highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful seaside retreat with all the necessary comforts.

I spent a fantastic month at this coliving space! The view from the terrace is breathtaking. It's an amazing historical building, freshly renovated. The WiFi is fast, which is great for someone like me who needs a reliable internet connection. There are surf spots nearby, making it a perfect place for groups traveling together or for company retreats. A little tip: bringing a rental car would be helpful to reach the best surf spots more easily.

A beautiful and large family house perfectly located a few minutes walk from the historic center and the beach. Very clean and very practical and functional, this coliving delighted us throughout our stay, we felt at home!

I spent a wonderful month at this coliving which felt a little bit like a little lifetime.
The moment you enter the house you can feel that this place isn´t just another Airbnb but is a home with a soul.

Felt like concurring the world with that fresh morning coffee and literally THE BEST VIEW IN TOWN from the terrace. Felt refreshed after that morning run around the harbor chasing seagulls. Felt very creative and focused in the coliving area with terrace view. Felt very much in peace while enjoying my after-surf-orange and humbled watching other surfers having the best time of their lives falling.

My highlights: Praia da Samoqueira, the sweetest surf instructor Vasco (ESLA surf school), and Veg&Tal restaurant around the corner.

The house is very spacious, very well equipped, clean, comfy beds, hot shower, superfast wifi and attracts very chilled and easygoing people. Sines is a secret in high season as its almost all year around 23 degrees. Get a car if you have the chance.
