I am so glad that I found this coliving! The house is in such a beautiful and quiet location in the countryside, but not so far away from the town of Todi. It has been fun to explore nearby towns with the other guests, share some meals, and conversation. The staff is so helpful in sharing their knowledge about the area and it has certainly helped me to transition to life in Italy smoothly. I would highly recommend it if you love being in nature and want both time to yourself and to be part of a small but supportive community of other travelers.
We stayed at this magnificent place in August and had a wonderful time enjoying the apartment and pool. The furniture is new, though it feels a bit inexpensive. However, we’ve noticed a shift in the atmosphere lately. The posts on social media suggest that the focus may be on attracting mainly women, which makes us feel like couples are not as welcome anymore.
I had a lovely time at this coliving space. It was a beautiful place to stay.
Would absolutely recommend. It’s a super nice vacation home with incredible views and a pool. The house is an old Italian farm house and has a backyard with olive trees. The coliving is so nice and helpful; I really enjoyed myself here. It doesn’t get better than this!

I absolutely loved staying at this coliving! It is an old restored house, with four well-equipped and tastefully decorated apartments, gorgeous views, and a pool. The staff made us feel at home, cooking wonderful meals and showing us around lovely Umbria. This coliving is a highly recommended place. Can’t wait to go back!
