Jeder Winkel unserer Häuser spiegelt die Wärme unserer Umgebung und die Authentizität des Landlebens wider.
Wir vermieten 3 Einzelzimmer, 3 Studios und ein 50-Quadratmeter-Apartment, alle mit eigenem Bad.
Die Zimmerpreise variieren je nach Größe und beinhalten Bettwäsche, Decken und Handtücher.
Die Küche, die Waschküche, das Esszimmer, die Terrasse und die Café-Bücherei werden gemeinsam mit anderen Bewohnern genutzt.
Die Küche im Industriestil ist komplett ausgestattet, damit Sie Ihre Lieblingsgerichte zubereiten können: komplettes Kochgeschirr, Gasherd, Grillplatte, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschränke, Küchenmaschine, Toaster... Sie haben Ihren eigenen Stauraum für Lebensmittel und ein eigenes Fach im Kühlschrank nur für Sie.
Der Speisesaal ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über einzelne Tische (obwohl sie normalerweise als ein großer gemeinsamer Tisch angeordnet sind). Außerdem gibt es eine gemütliche Sitzecke um einen Holzofen herum.
In der Waschküche gibt es eine gemeinsame Waschmaschine, einen Trockenraum und einen Bügelbereich. Wäscheseife ist inbegriffen.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine Café-Bücherei, in der Sie immer Kaffee, Bücher, einen Fernseher, eine Musikanlage sowie Sitzgelegenheiten im Innenbereich und auf der Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf das Dorf vorfinden. In diesem Raum finden auch öffentliche Veranstaltungen statt, die wir im Voraus ankündigen.

Every summer, Boal hosts PitaFesta, a unique rural arts festival that combines music, theater, workshops, and community life. With artistic residencies, concerts, local markets, and shared experiences, it has become a cultural highlight of the region.
This festival is organized and funded by the Association that manages our coliving, showing a strong commitment to cultural revitalization and rural visibility.

History & Heritage
• Pre-Roman hillforts (castros): Boal and its surroundings preserve several fortified settlements that reflect the presence of pre-Roman communities, such as the Castro de Pendia, one of the most important in Asturias and declared a Historic-Artistic Monument.
• Indiano heritage: Like many Asturian towns, Boal experienced significant emigration to the Americas during the 19th and 20th centuries. The return of the so-called Indianos left behind an important architectural legacy in the form of grand houses and palaces, still visible today in the town center and nearby villages.
