The house offers inviting and well-equipped shared spaces, including a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a garden with a BBQ, perfect for outdoor meals and social gatherings, along with convenient amenities such as a washing machine and dryer, bike storage, and additional storage space. Each private bedroom is comfortably furnished with a double bed, a desk and chair for work or study, ample storage space, and a private lock to ensure privacy. The bathrooms are modern and functional, featuring a shower and sink. All charges are included in the rent, covering electricity, water, heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi for a smooth, worry-free living experience. Residents also benefit from a comprehensive range of services, including weekly cleaning and maintenance, regular delivery of essentials such as coffee, olive oil, detergent, and toilet paper, ongoing support and assistance, a dedicated house ambassador, and monthly community events that help create a vibrant and connected coliving community.

The only common ground is that they are all professionals, meaning that they usually work during the week :-) Our members bring together curious, open-minded people aged around 22 to 40 years old from all over the world for the coliving, and around 25 to 50 years old for the private apartments. They’re working for industries such as institutions like the EU, in tech companies, startups, scaleups, industrials, lawyers, designers, doctors, entrepreneurs and many more — people who love meaningful connections, shared experiences, and good vibes.
Think sport or yoga sessions, sunset drinks, creative workshops, outdoor adventures — and plenty of resident-led ideas. Our events are all about connection, fun, and discovering new passions together.
