Located in Florianópolis, a 13-minute walk from Praia Lagoa da Conceição, our villa provides accommodations with a garden, private parking, a shared lounge, and a bar.

The property also features a tour desk and luggage storage space, as well as free WiFi throughout. The complex has evening entertainment, a shared kitchen, and a shared bathroom with a shower in each room.

This connects the amenities of the property to the broader theme of changing lifestyles. We are changing the way we live, work, and connect.
